  • The Government may, for the purpose of facilitating the Enrolled Doctor’s and his Associated Health Care Provider’s (if any) use of the SCPPP IT System, grant or procure the grant of a Programme Licence to the Enrolled Doctor and his Associated Health Care Provider (if any) in each case on such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Government or the Intellectual Property Rights owner of the relevant software without prejudice to any of the provisions in this Clause 5.
