Scoping Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.2 (Scoping Services).

Scoping Services means Services described in Section 2.2 of Schedule K2 that references Scoping Services) as follows: (1) Define Phase Services; and (ii) Discover Phase Services; and (iii) the Design Phase Services through delivery, walkthrough(s) and acceptance by Sprint to the extent applicable to the provision of the Impact Assessment Document, HLE, Initial DFS, and the associated deliverables as outlined in Section 2.2 of Schedule K2.

Examples of Scoping Services in a sentence

• The Services may include: (i) Design & Scoping Services (as defined in clause 3.1); and/or (ii) Implementation Services (as defined in clause 4.1); and/or (iii) Managed Services (as defined in clause 6.1).

• Not later than fourteen (14) days of the Offeror completing the Scoping Services, City shall determine whether to recommend the Offeror for a BOT Agreement; provided, however, City and Offeror acknowledge and agree that the City may make such determination at an earlier time to the extent authorized by Indiana § 5- 23 et.

• The cost of performing the Scoping Services described in this Agreement (the “Scoping Costs”) shall not exceed Twenty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($20,000.00) and shall be paid pursuant to the BOT Agreement; provided, however, if Offeror is not recommended for a BOT Agreement, Offeror shall be paid by City pursuant to a Disbursement Request.

• When services are required for Technical Advice and Scoping Services, Port staff and the consultant will agree to a maximum allocated amount for each task ordered under the Technical Advice and Scoping Services CSO.

• If, after review of the HLCE, Sprint decides, in its sole discretion, to move forward with the Project that is the subject of the HLCE, then Amdocs will, as part of the Scoping Services, promptly deliver an Impact Assessment document (or “IA”), including an HLE of the required funding for the Project.

• The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Scoping Services provided pursuant to this Agreement shall include all permitting required to complete and operate the Project; provided, however, the Parties acknowledge and agree that Offeror, subject to Section 7, shall cause the Consultants to obtain such permits.

• If the City exercises its right to terminate this Agreement, the City shall reimburse Offeror for an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of all costs actually incurred by Nickel Plate Trail & Tunnel Scoping Agreement Offeror to complete the Scoping Services performed prior the City’s written notice of termination and satisfactory to the City, in its commercially reasonable discretion.

• The duration of this Agreement and the Easement granted herein (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and shall be in effect until the earlier of (a) completion of the Scoping Services; or (b) termination of the Scoping Agreement.

• These services will be ordered primarily under a single Technical Advice and Scoping Services Contract Service Orders in an amount to be determined each fiscal year.

• Offeror shall procure and maintain throughout completion of the Scoping Services, the policies of insurance described on Exhibit C.

Scoping Services means Services described in Section 2.19 of Schedule K1, as follows: (1) Define Phase Services; and (ii) Discover Phase Services; and (iii) the Design Phase Services through delivery, walkthrough(s) and acceptance by Sprint to the extent applicable to the provision of the Impact Assessment Document, HLE, Initial DFS, and the associated deliverables as outlined in Section 2.19 of Schedule K1. Additionally, the labor price associated with any consulting or development Services, provided by Amdocs, that are not directly applicable to the further customization and Services in support of Amdocs’ customer care and billing platform (e.g., [**]), will be based on either the existing labor rates under the applicable separate agreement between the Parties, or rates specifically negotiated on an engagement by engagement basis.
