SCMT means Strategic Critical Minerals Terminal, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and each of its Subsidiaries.

Further, no Inventory or other assets owned or maintained by SCMT shall be comingled with the Inventory or other assets of any Loan Party, and SCMT shall not store, maintain, keep or otherwise hold any Inventory or assets, whether owned by SCMT or held for the benefit of a third party, at any location leased, owned, operated or otherwise occupied by any Loan Party or Subsidiary (other than exclusively by SCMT).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 7.10(b) shall permit any Loan Party to enter into any other transaction with SCMT which would otherwise be prohibited under this Article 7.
