Scientific research facility definition
Scientific research facility means a facility or a unit of a tertiary institution registered in terms of this Act for the purpose of conducting scientific research in respect of animal or plant species;
Scientific research facility means a building or buildings in which scientific research, investigation, testing or experimentation is conducted, but not including the manufacturing or sales of products, except as incidental to the main purpose of the laboratory.
