  • Accrued interest on such SCI Loans shall remain due and owing and payable at the time and as otherwise provided in the Credit Agreement.

  • The number of shares of Common Stock to be delivered upon a conversion shall be the quotient obtained by dividing the amount of the SCI Loans (of the applicable Conversion Tranche) to be converted by the applicable Conversion Price.
