School Projects definition

School Projects means the (i) design, site development, constructing, improving, renovating and equipping of schools in the County; (ii) acquisition of all property real and personal, appurtenant thereto, or connected with such school projects and construction of related infrastructure for the schools; and (iii) payment of legal, fiscal, administrative, architectural and engineering costs incident to the School Projects.

School Projects means for the renovation, improvement and additions to Porter Ridge High School, Porter Ridge Middle School, Western Union Elementary School, Monroe High School, Sun Valley High School and Piedmont High School, the construction of a new transportation facility for the Union County Public Schools, the acquisition of equipment and furnishings therefor and the acquisition of land or rights-of-way, if necessary, pursuant to and in accordance with the School Bond Order.

Related to School Projects
