School Executive definition

School Executive as used herein shall not include Superintendent, Principals, Assistant Principals, “supervisory employees”, or “essential employees”, part-time or temporary employees whose services do not exceed the lesser of thirty- five percent (35%) of the normal work week within the bargaining unit or fourteen (14) hours per week or employees who hold a positions that is basically temporary or seasonal in character and is not for more than sixty-seven (67) working days in any calendar year, and emergency employees.
School Executive means any person employed by the School Board in an executive management position.
