School District Representative definition
School District Representative means the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the School District in matters relating to the Bonds as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to SCAGO and the trustee thereunder containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the School District by the Chair or Vice Chair of the Board or the District Superintendent. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the School District Representative.
