Scheme transaction definition

Scheme transaction means an insurance transaction which, in accordance with these Rules is, or should be, processed under the Scheme or in respect of which monetary obligations are, or should be, settled under the Scheme;
Scheme transaction means the Transaction as implemented through a Restructuring Plan or alternatively, if determined by the Company in consultation with the Steering Committee, a Scheme in order to give effect to the Transaction.
