Scheme Steps definition

Scheme Steps means the steps detailed in Clause 3.3.1;
Scheme Steps means the steps set out in Clause ‎5.
Scheme Steps means the steps set out in section ‎7.16 (Scheme Steps) of this Explanatory Statement.
