Scheme Infrastructure definition
Scheme Infrastructure means all infrastructure owned or operated by the Company, including without limitation the Scheme Supply Race, Water Pipes, Farm Turn-outs, headraces, bridges, siphons, dams, galleries, buffer/pressure break ponds, pumps, water meters, control valves, control gates and cabinets, hydropower plants, generators, turbines, gravel pits, pen stocks, power/transmission lines, monitoring equipment, measuring devices or other infrastructure necessary to take and convey water through the Scheme, supply water to farmers and manage the Scheme.
Scheme Infrastructure means all infrastructure owned by the Company, including without limitation the Headrace, Water Pipes, Off Take Points, control valves, buffer/pressure break ponds, pumps, water meters and control cabinets.
Scheme Infrastructure means all existing and future infrastructure Constructed for or in relation to the take, storage and conveyance of water for the Scheme including without limitation pumps, pump sheds, pumping stations, storage tanks, purifying equipment, electrical works, electronic systems, Pipes, valves, the Water Race, water meters, head races, control equipment and gates, measuring devices, monitoring equipment, each Off Take and associated structures, and includes all infrastructure resulting from the Scheme Expansion and Upgrade Project.

In the event it is not possible (determined in the Company’s sole discretion) for the Company to give the Shareholder reasonable notice of its intention to exercise its rights under clauses 13.4 above (e.g. emergency repairs or maintenance are required to the Scheme Infrastructure on the Property), the Company may access the Property without any prior notice to the Shareholder.
The Farmer shall not take or attempt to take or allow any person under its control to take or attempt to take any water from Scheme Infrastructure otherwise than through a Farm Turn-out.

Scheme Infrastructure means all infrastructure owned by the Company.

Scheme Infrastructure means (without limitation) the Water distribution works assets, pumping stations, electrical works, electronic systems, telemetry, pipes, valves fittings and other infrastructure to be owned by or constructed and installed by the Company to convey Water from the Waitaki River to each Connection Point, and includes any facilities in replacement or substitution thereof;
Scheme Infrastructure means all infrastructure owned or operated or constructed and installed by the company for the take and conveyance of water through the company’s irrigation scheme and any other infrastructure necessary to supply water to farms and manage the scheme, including without limitation pumping stations, electrical works, electronic systems, pipes, valves, water races, dams, ponds, water meters, head races, control gates, measuring devices, monitoring equipment, off- take structures.
