Scheme Development Standards definition
Scheme Development Standards means the standards issued by the Housing Corporation for eligibility for grant funding applicable at the time the Owner entering into a formal binding and unconditional contract(s) with a Registered Social Landlord(s) pursuant to Paragraphs 9 and/or 14 of Schedule 3 hereof for the provision and grant of a long lease of the Affordable Housing Units AND for the avoidance of doubt it is hereby agreed that the grant of a waiver of the said Standards if granted by the Housing Corporation and approved by the Registered Social Landlord for the Affordable Housing Units for reasons that minor design compliance cannot be achieved shall constitute compliance with the Standards for the purposes of this Agreement
