Scheme Date definition

Scheme Date means the date on which the Scheme becomes effective in accordance with its terms.
Scheme Date means the date on which an office copy of the Court Orders sanctioning the Scheme and the reduction of share capital of the Target under Section 137 of the Companies Xxx 0000 provided for by the Scheme (the "Reduction") are delivered to the Registrar of Companies and the issue by the Registrar of Companies of a certificate under Section 138 of the Companies Xxx 0000 in relation to the Reduction or the last date on which any of the foregoing occur if occurring on different dates.
