Scheme Date definition

Scheme Date means the date on which the Scheme becomes effective in accordance with its terms.
Scheme Date means the date on which the Second Court Order is filed with, and date stamped by, the Registrar of Companies being on or about D+133 as specified in the Structure Memorandum.
Scheme Date means the date on which an office copy of the court order sanctioning the Scheme is delivered to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with Section 899(4) of the Companies Act 2006.
