DGHE shall ensure that FAPs shall only be provided to medical schools that have met the eligibility and selection criteria and have proposed Sub-projects meeting the requirements set out in the FAP Manual and have been designated as Participating Medical Schools by DGHE following the procedure for call for proposals, review of proposals and (in the case of Scheme B and Scheme C) eligibility of proposing medical schools, as set out in the FAP Manual.
