Schematic Plans and Specifications definition

Schematic Plans and Specifications means the schematic drawings, outline specifications and other document that indicate the overall scope and intent of the Project Improvements as well as the scale, general layout and character of the Project Improvements and its components.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Section 4.3(C)(1), the “Base Building Work” shall be all labor, materials and other work necessary for the construction of the Building and all other improvements on the Lot (exclusive of the Tenant Improvement Work) that are shown or described on the Approved Base Building Schematic Plans and Specifications (as hereinafter defined).

  • Within twenty (20) business days after receipt of the Base Building Design Development Plans and Specifications from Landlord, Tenant shall submit in writing to Landlord a list (“Tenant’s DD Exception List”) of design elements which Tenant reasonably deems a Material Building Change, as defined in Section 4.3(C)(4), to the Approved Base Building Schematic Plans and Specifications, and whether or not Tenant consents to such claimed Material Building Change.

  • The Base Building Work includes the work described in the plans and specifications (the “Approved Base Building Schematic Plans and Specifications”) referenced on Exhibit B-3 and Exhibit B-4 attached hereto (Landlord and Tenant both hereby acknowledging that they have approved the Approved Base Building Schematic Plans and Specifications).

  • If Tenant’s design of the Tenant Improvement Work includes any features, attributes, materials or specifications that will require changes or additions to the Approved Base Building Schematic Plans and Specifications, the Approved Base Building Design and Development Plans and Specifications, the Approved Base Building Plans and Specifications or the Base Building Work, Tenant may request changes (“Base Building Change Proposal”) to accommodate the Tenant Improvement Work, subject to the following.

  • The Deferred RSUs will be granted as of the Bonus Determination Date pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2022 Omnibus Incentive Plan and the Company’s Form of Deferred Restricted Stock Unit Agreement for Bonus Payouts (the “Award Agreement”).

  • Landlord shall cause Pickard Chilton, Stantec and/or another similarly reputable, licensed and insured architectural firm selected by Landlord and reasonably acceptable to Tenant (“Landlord’s Architect”) to prepare Base Building Design Development Plans and Specifications based upon the Approved Base Building Schematic Plans and Specifications.

  • Landlord shall cause Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Stantec and/or another similarly reputable, licensed and insured architectural firm selected by Landlord and reasonably acceptable to Tenant (“Landlord’s Architect”) to prepare Base Building Design Development Plans and Specifications based upon the Approved Base Building Schematic Plans and Specifications.

Related to Schematic Plans and Specifications

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections approved by the City in accordance with the Municipal Code and this Agreement.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.

  • Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.
