Schematic Design Services means those services performed by the Architect, from the Owner-approved programming and other preliminary design information, that are necessary to prepare design documents consisting of drawings and other documents illustrating the general scope, scale and relationship of Project components.

  • If there are issues with the Program that has been provided, as part of the Schematic Design Services, ARCHITECT shall rework the Program with the DISTRICT representative and the DISTRICT to establish a priority list of programmatic needs and items that may be within and outside of the DISTRICT’s Budget.
