Scheduling Requirements definition

Scheduling Requirements is as defined in Clause 10.1.1.
Scheduling Requirements means the requirements for the scheduling and dispatch of the Water Output Delivered by the Project Facilities to the Delivery Point, as agreed by the Parties in accordance with Clause 22.5.
Scheduling Requirements means all of the processes and requirements required for the Facility to schedule energy in accordance with Article 3, Exhibit B, the CAISO Tariff and Prudent Operating Practice.
