Scheduling Fees definition

Scheduling Fees means fees assessed by any person to schedule the delivery of the energy.
Scheduling Fees means the charge of Buyer to Seller for scheduling Test Energy and Incremental Energy, which shall equal $1.00 per MWh.

Examples of Scheduling Fees in a sentence

  • Buyer shall adjust each Monthly Contract Payment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including making adjustment for Scheduling Fees and any CAISO Charges.

  • If the Prevailing Market Price (less Transaction Costs) is less than the Facility Electric Energy Rate, the Pre COD Test Energy Rate shall be 100% of such Prevailing Market Price less Transaction Costs, (but not including Scheduling Fees).

Related to Scheduling Fees

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Scheduling means the actions of Seller and/or its designated representatives pursuant to Section 4.2, of notifying, requesting and confirming to ISO- NE the quantity of Energy to be delivered on any given day or days (or in any given hour or hours) during the Services Term at the Delivery Point.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.
