Prometric will calculate the number of Tests results received each month and will pay to Operator the per Scheduled Test Hour fees for the month just completed and will pay Operator the calculated fees within forty-five (45) days of the month just completed.
However, we may, in our sole discretion, permit you to reschedule a Scheduled Test.
In addition to any Scheduled Test or Interim Test, the Administrative Agent may, by notifying the Borrower thereof, elect to test the Collateral Coverage Ratio any time the Administrative Agent (as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement) has the right to redetermine the Borrowing Base under the First Lien Credit Agreement.
