Scheduled Release definition

Scheduled Release means the date on which SANMINA-SCI and ADAPTEC agree Products are available for delivery and release to ADAPTEC and which will be released only in accordance with the Purchase Agreement Release.
Scheduled Release means the planned or anticipated deliberate release of radioactive material into the environment for which a 24-hour public. pre-notification is given. A scheduled release may be batch or continuous.

Examples of Scheduled Release in a sentence

  • Employees not otherwise scheduled to physically work, or on leave for any reason on either of the Scheduled Release Days listed in this section shall not be eligible for this provision.
