Scheduled Orders definition
Scheduled Orders means those orders or decrees described on Schedule IV hereto. “General Disclosure Package” means the Preliminary Prospectus as amended and supplemented by the Pricing Term Sheet. Based upon the foregoing and subject to the qualifications and assumptions stated herein, we are of the opinion that:
Scheduled Orders means those orders or decrees described in Schedule B to such counsel’s opinion;
Scheduled Orders means those orders or decrees described on Schedule IV hereto (no such orders or decrees are so described).
