Scheduled MWs definition
Scheduled MWs means, as of the date of determination, the number of MW scheduled to have been completed by the Blocks that have achieved Block Substantial Completion in accordance with Exhibit 4B.

Notwithstanding the provisions above in this Section 17.3, Contractor shall not be obligated to pay any such Block Capacity Liquidated Damages with respect to any Day on which the Cumulative MWs exceeds Scheduled MWs for such Day as set forth in Exhibit 4B.
