Scheduled Booking Time definition

Scheduled Booking Time means the time and date the Booked Services are to be undertaken by the Cleaning Service Provider in accordance with the Booking Request; and
Scheduled Booking Time means the time and date the Booked Services are to be undertaken by the Cleaning Service Provider in accordance with the Booking Request;

Examples of Scheduled Booking Time in a sentence

  • The Cleaning Service Provider confirms that they accept and are able to comply with the Booking Request, including the provision of the Booked Services at the Scheduled Booking Time and Booked Service Location.

  • In the event the Cleaning Service Provider is unable to complete an accepted Booking Request at the Scheduled Booking Time, the Booked Service may be performed by another Cleaning Service Provider as may be assigned through the Website and this Agreement shall be terminated and a new agreement will be entered into between the Customer and the replacement cleaning service provider.

  • If the Customer cancels or amends a Booking Request within the twenty-four (24) hour period before the Scheduled Booking Time, the Customer agree that he will be charged a cancellation fee in an amount equal to one hour’s worth of Booked Services (the “Cancellation Penalty”).

  • The Customer shall be permitted to cancel and amend a Booking Request on the Website, free of charge, up to twenty-four (24) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time.

  • If you cancel or amend a Booking Request within 24 hours of the Scheduled Booking Time, you will have to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) hours’ worth of Cleaning Services.

  • You can cancel or amend a Booking Request on the Website, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the Scheduled Booking Time.

  • If you cancel or amend a Booking Request within 24 hours before the Scheduled Booking Time, you will have to pay a cancellation penalty equivalent to one hour’s worth of the Booked Service Fee.

  • In the event the Selected Service Provider is unable to complete an accepted Booking Request at the Scheduled Booking Time, the Selected Service Provider shall notify Helpling as soon as practicable prior to the Scheduled Booking Time to allow for the arrangement of a suitable replacement Cleaning Service Provider.

  • The Security Trustee will not be responsible for the negligence or misconduct of any agents or attorneys selected by it with reasonable care.

  • Such a request will remain subject to the Cleaning Service Provider’s availability at Scheduled Booking Time you have selected in your Booking Request.

Related to Scheduled Booking Time

  • Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).

  • Scheduled Flight means a flight in an aircraft where the airline is listed in the Official Airline guide or equivalent and the air carrier holds a certificate, licence or similar authorization for scheduled air transportation issued by the relevant authorities in the country in which the aircraft is registered and, in accordance with such authorization, maintains and publishes schedules and tariffs for passenger service between named airports at regular and specific times. Scheduled Airline does not include Private Charter.

  • Remittance Period means, (a) as to the initial Payment Date, the period beginning on, and including, the Closing Date and ending on, and including, the Determination Date immediately preceding such Payment Date and (b) as to any subsequent Payment Date, the period beginning, and including, on the first day after the most recently ended Remittance Period and ending on, and including, the Determination Date immediately preceding such Payment Date, or, with respect to the final Remittance Period, the Collection Date.

  • Semi-Annual Period means each period of six-months, commencing on the first day of a Fiscal Year; provided that the first such period shall begin on July 1, 2013 and end on December 31, 2013.

  • Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.
