Schedule Rate definition

Schedule Rate means, for a calendar year, the applicable rate for such calendar year determined under the metric set forth in Schedule A, as in effect for that calendar year.

Examples of Schedule Rate in a sentence

  • Out of Schedule Rate A wage rate paid to an employee, for a specific purpose and for a specified period of time, that is in excess of the maximum rate that is determined for the job in accordance with the Job Evaluation Program.
