Schedule Order definition

Schedule Order means an order from the Buyer accepted by the Supplier for Goods that provides for Goods to be delivered by way of instalments; and "Services" means the services to be performed by the Supplier under the Contract, together with any other services which the Company provides, or agrees to provide, to the Buyer.
