Schedule Margin definition

Schedule Margin means the time period between Contractor's planned Delivery of the Spacecraft and the Promised Delivery Date of the Spacecraft, expressed in calendar days.

  • Contractor shall immediately notify NSS of any circumstance that will cause or threaten to cause a delay in Delivery, including any reduction in available Schedule Margin.

  • At EDC, Contractor represents and warrants to NSS that it has built in to its internal schedule for the Spacecraft program at least * (*) days of Schedule Margin.

Related to Schedule Margin

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable L/C Margin, the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Free Margin means the amount of funds available in the Client Account, which may be used to open a position or maintain an Open Position. Free Margin shall be calculated as: Equity less (minus) Necessary Margin [Free margin = Equity- Necessary Margin].

  • CD Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.
