Schedule Keeper definition

Schedule Keeper means the person designated by Lessor to coordinate the scheduling of the Aircraft.
Schedule Keeper means the person designated by the Time Share Lessor to maintain the scheduling log of the Aircraft. The name, address, telephone number, and other contact information for the Schedule Keeper are set forth in Section 27.

More Definitions of Schedule Keeper

Schedule Keeper means the person designated by Lessor to coordinate the scheduling of the Aircraft. "Taxes" means all sales taxes, use taxes, retailer taxes, duties, fees, excise taxes (including, without limitation, federal transportation excise taxes), or other taxes of any kind which may be assessed or levied by any Taxing Jurisdiction as a result of the lease of the Aircraft to Lessee, or the use of the Aircraft by Lessee. "Taxing Jurisdictions" means any federal, state, county, local, airport, district, foreign, or other governmental authority that imposes Taxes. "Term" means the term of this Agreement set forth in Section 3.1.
Schedule Keeper means the person designated by the Time Share Lessor to maintain the scheduling log of the Aircraft. The name, address, telephone number, and other contact information for the Schedule Keeper are set forth 2 in Section 27. "Taxes" means commercial air transportation excise taxes pursuant to Section 4261 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, regardless of whether any flight is considered “noncommercial” under the FAR. "Term" means the entire period from the Effective Date to the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 3.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Service contract holder or "contract holder" means a person who is the purchaser or holder of a service contract.

"Prospective state contractor" does not include a municipality or any other political subdivision of the state, including any entities or associations duly created by the municipality or political subdivision exclusively amongst themselves to further any purpose authorized by statute or charter, or an employee in the executive or legislative branch of state government or a quasi-public agency, whether in the classified or unclassified service and full or part-time, and only in such person's capacity as a state or quasi-public agency employee.

  • Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.
