Schedule II - V controlled substance definition

Schedule II - V controlled substance means a substance listed in schedules II, III, IV, and V as set forth in the Controlled Substance Act, Sections 30-31-5 through 30-31-10 NMSA 1978 or the federal Controlled Substances Regulation (21 U.S.C. 812).
