Schedule Deviation definition

Schedule Deviation means an adjustment of work hours or length of the workday.
Schedule Deviation means a failure by Seller to cause the Delivered Peak Demand Savings to match the NYISO’s Energy schedule for the Project as communicated to the Seller in the Dispatch request, within the Base Point Tolerance Level, except to the extent such failure results directly from an Outage of the Project or results from a Suspension.

Examples of Schedule Deviation in a sentence

  • Schedule Deviation – means a failure by Seller to cause the Delivered Energy to match the NYISO’s Energy schedule for the Project as communicated to Seller in the Dispatch request, except to the extent such failure results directly from an Outage of the Project or results from a Suspension.

  • In the event of a Schedule Deviation that is an over-delivery, Seller shall credit Buyer with its average cost for Charging Energy, which shall be deemed to be the Real-Time Market LBMP for Load Zone K applicable for all Hours during the previous charging cycle.

  • In the event Seller’s failure to comply with the foregoing results in a Schedule Deviation that is an under-delivery, Seller shall reimburse Buyer for any charges for Real-Time Market penalties imposed on Buyer by NYISO with respect to such Schedule Deviation.

  • Schedule Deviation -76 For patrol personnel excepting investigative and task force personnel, if there is a deviation from the normal work scheduled, a five (5) days notice shall be given.

  • In the event Seller’s failure to comply with the foregoing results in a Schedule Deviation, Seller shall reimburse Buyer for any penalties charged to Buyer by NYISO with respect to such Schedule Deviation.

  • Seller shall credit Buyer at the rate set forth in the Monthly Payment for any Delivered Peak Demand Savings for which Buyer receives no payment from the NYISO as a result of a Schedule Deviation.

  • The Incident Report of Schedule Deviation shall be due to the OHA not later than 8:00 a.m. the next business day or as instructed otherwise by the OHA.

  • Seller shall credit Buyer at the rate set forth in the Monthly Energy Payment for any Delivered Energy for which ▇▇▇▇▇ receives no payment from the NYISO as a result of a Schedule Deviation.
