Examples of Schedule A-1 in a sentence

  • Schedule A-1 and Schedule A-2 to the Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with Schedule A-1 and Schedule A-2 attached to this amendment.

  • The Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule A-1 specifies those Mortgage Loans that are Transferred Mortgage Loans and the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Schedule A-2 specifies those Mortgage Loans that are Bank Originated Mortgage Loans and which have been assigned by the Bank to the Seller pursuant to the Assignment and Assumption Agreement.

  • The deletion of one or more Funds from Schedule A-1, ▇-▇, ▇-▇ ▇▇ A-4 shall have the effect of terminating this Agreement as to such Fund(s), but shall not affect this Agreement with respect to any other Fund.

  • The execution and delivery of an amended Schedule A-1, ▇-▇, ▇-▇ ▇▇ A-4 which deletes one or more Funds shall constitute a termination of this Agreement only with respect to such deleted Fund(s).

  • The Consultant shall not add or modify change any Sub-Consultant listed in Schedule A1 without prior written approval by the Director or designee, in response to a written request from the Consultant stating the reasons for any proposed substitution.

  • If Customer requires ES&S to provide “emergency” Repair Services (which shall be defined as Repair Services that are provided by ES&S within 48 hours after Customer notifies ES&S of the need therefore), and such emergency Repair Services are not needed as a result of an action, error or omission by ES&S, Customer shall pay a surcharge, as set forth on Schedule A1.

  • The specific Software License, Maintenance and Support services provided by ES&S and each party’s obligations with respect to such services are set forth on Schedule A1.

  • During the term of this agreement, Advisory will provide to Asset Management the services (the “Asset Management Services”) described on Schedule A-1 attached hereto (as the same may be amended from time to time, “Schedule A-1”).

  • Such Specialty Sub-Consultant shall be in addition to those identified in Schedule A1.
