Schedule 34 Contract definition
Schedule 34 Contract means the Utah Renewable Energy Service Contract between Company and Customer, including Appendix I thereto relating to the Facility.
Schedule 34 Contract is defined in the Recitals.
Examples of Schedule 34 Contract in a sentence
This Agreement will terminate upon the earlier of termination of the PPA or termination of the Schedule 34 Contract.
As between Company and Customer, in the event of any contradiction between this Agreement and the Schedule 34 Contract, this Agreement controls.
This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and remain in full force and effect for so long as the PPA and Schedule 34 Contract remain in effect.
