Schedule 14(f) Filing means an information statement filed by the Acquiror Company on Schedule 14f-1 under the Exchange Act.
Schedule 14(f) Filing has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.
Schedule 14(f) Filing means an information statement filed by the Sellers on Schedule 14f-1 under the Exchange Act. “SEC” has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
