Examples of SCF Program in a sentence

  • Section 5.1. The funds transferred to the Implementing Entity under Section 4 of this Agreement may be used only for the purpose for which they have been provided under the terms of the SCF Governance Framework Document, the Design Document for the respective SCF Program and applicable decisions of the SCF Sub-committee, including relevant Proposals approved by the SCF Trust Fund Committee or the relevant SCF Sub-committee, as the case may be, for individual allocations of SCF Trust Fund funds.

  • The Implementing Entity shall, except as otherwise agreed, follow the terms set out in the financing terms for the relevant SCF Program, as appropriate, agreed between the MDBs and the SCF Trust Fund Committee and/or the relevant SCF Sub-committee, as the case may be, which shall be attached hereto once such terms have been agreed.

  • Upon such verification and subject to the availability of resources in the relevant SCF Program of the SCF Trust Fund, the Trustee shall transfer to the Implementing Entity the amount of funds requested for the Project Administration Fees.

  • Additional services performed by Contractor that are not specifically provided for in this Agreement will be not compensated; nor may Contractor perform any services not covered by the Agreement unless the services are specifically approved in writing by the SCF Program Manager or another authorized SCF agent.

Related to SCF Program

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
