SCEA Product Code definition

SCEA Product Code means the product identification number assigned to each Licensed Product, which shall consist of separate product identification numbers for multiple disc sets (i.e., SLUS-xxxxx). This SCEA Product Code is used on the Packaging and PlayStation Disc relating to each Licensed Product, as well as on most communications between SCEA and Publisher as a mode of identifying the Licensed Product other than by title.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;
