SCE Litigation means the action in the Superior Court for Inyo -------------- County entitled Southern California Edison Company, Plaintiff, v. Coso Finance Partners, Coso Power Developers, Coso Energy Developers, China Lake Operating Company, Coso Technology Corporation, Coso Hotsprings Intermountain Power, Inc., CalEnergy Company, Inc. and Does 1 through 100, defendants (Master Case No. 22784), and the Related Cross Action in the Superior Court for Inyo County entitled Coso Finance Partners, Coso Power Developers, Coso Energy Developers, China Lake Operating Company, Coso Technology Corporation, Coso Hotsprings Intermountain Power, Inc., CalEnergy Company, Inc. and Roes 1 through 100, Cross-Complainants, v.
