SCE Contract definition

SCE Contract means that certain Agreement effective June 28, 1985, between CLJV and Southern California Edison Company, Inc., a California corporation ("SCE"), and assigned to CED as of December 30, 1988, pursuant to which CED has agreed to construct, own and operate a Small Power Production Facility (as defined in the SCE Contract) and sell electric power derived from the Small Power Production Facility to SCE and SCE has agreed to purchase from CED at fixed rates such electrical power;
