SCDC means Shizhu Tujia-Nation Autonomous County Urban Construction and Development Company, a state-owned enterprise established and operating pursuant to its Charter of January 2002, and to Business License No. 5002401800053-1-1-1 dated May 2003, issued by Chongqing Municipal Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau, and any successor thereto.

  • Approval and pre-approval requires a majority vote of the members of the Structured Credit Deal Committee, including an affirmative vote from the SCDC Chairman or his designee.
