Scavenge definition

Scavenge means the unpermitted removal of solids waste from a solid waste handling facility.
Scavenge means the unauthorized removal of materials from recyclable materials , leaf and yard waste, or container waste that has been placed out for collection, or means the unauthorized removal of materials from the waste disposal site/landfill;
Scavenge means unauthorized rerouting of collected Mandatory Materials PPP to anyone other than the Designated Post-Collection Service Provider. Scavenging does not include the diversion of Mandatory Materials PPP for Reuse.
