Scavenge definition

Scavenge means the unpermitted removal of solids waste from a solid waste handling facility.
Scavenge means unauthorized rerouting of collected In-Scope PPP to anyone other than the Designated Post-Collection Service Provider. Scavenging does not include the diversion of In- Scope PPP for Reuse.
Scavenge means to sort through and collect materials from recyclable materials or any waste that has been placed out for collection.
