Scattering Gardens definition

Scattering Gardens means the land within the Cemetery that is set aside tobe used for the scattering of cremated human remains;

  • Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.

  • Hood means a respiratory inlet covering that completely covers the head and neck and may also cover portions of the shoulders and torso.

  • Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

  • Weathertight means that in any sea conditions water will not penetrate into the vessel.

  • Watertight in relation to a structure means capable of preventing the passage of water through the structure in any direction under a head of water for which the surrounding structure is designed;
