The Contractor shall keep complete records of time spent, materials used and services provided so that the City or SCAO may verify invoices submitted by the Contractor.
This includes data and information that the SCAO provides to the Grantee.
Such records shall be made available to the City or SCAO upon request and submitted in summary form with each invoice.
All documents, records and data produced by SCAO shall remain the property of SCAO.
