Scale Based definition

Scale Based means a cutting authority where under Part 6 of the Act, the stumpage payable is based on a scale of the timber harvested from the cutting authority area;
Scale Based means the stumpage payable is based on a scale of the timber harvested from the cutting authority area in accordance with part 6 of the Act;
Scale Based means a cutting authority where the stumpage payable is calculated using a scale of the timber;
