Scale Back definition

Scale Back means a reduction in the size of any Sale Tranche as a result of the operation of clause 3.9;
Scale Back means the Company’s right to scale back or decrease the number of Shares allotted to individual Shareholders under the SPP;
Scale Back means a reduction in the number of Shares to be bought back from each Shareholder below the number of Shares for which they have accepted the Buy-Back Offer, to avoid the Buy-Back Cap being exceeded, detailed in Section 2.3.3.
