SCA Product definition

SCA Product means any composition or formulation containing or comprising one or more Single Chain Antibodies in any format for the prognosis, diagnosis, prophylaxis or treatment of human or non-human diseases or conditions, in each case excluding any BiTE Product. 1.49 “Single Chain Antibody” or “SCA” means an Antibody having binding affinity for an Antigen whereby such Antibody comprises (a) a polypeptide segment having a light chain 6 \\PH - 037750/000002 - 398853 v1
SCA Product has the meaning assigned to it in the Cross-License Agreement, which definition is hereby incorporated in this Agreement by reference.

Related to SCA Product

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.
