SCA shall pay Developer a Construction Supervision Fee in respect of the SCA Pre- and Post-Turnover Work in accordance with Exhibit H annexed hereto.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall the cost of the SCA Pre- and Post-Turnover Work be considered in calculating the Public School Project Costs Not-to-Exceed Amount.
