SCA Law definition

SCA Law means the SCA Board of Directors Decision No. 27 of 2014 concerning Brokerage in Securities and any future amendments to the above mentioned law.
SCA Law means the Law on Savings and Credit Associations of Citizens to be adopted by the Parliament of the Borrower and referred to in Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement;
SCA Law means the Law on Savings and Credit Associations No. 8089 dated March 21, 1996.

Related to SCA Law

  • California Law means the General Corporation Law of the State of California.

  • bye-law means a bye-law framed by the corporation under this Act;

  • Delaware Law means the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.

  • Companies Law means the Companies Law (2018 Revision) of the Cayman Islands, as amended from time to time.

  • PPS Law means the PPSA and any amendment made at any time to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any other legislation as a consequence of the PPSA.
