SBOC GUARANTY definition
SBOC GUARANTY means the Guaranty of even date herewith and made by SBOC in favor of Mortgagee.
SBOC GUARANTY means the Subsidiary Guaranty issued by SBOC and dated as of the date hereof and made by SBOC in favor of Beneficiary.
SBOC GUARANTY means the Subsidiary Guaranty issued by SBOC, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time as permitted by this Indenture.
