SBM Account means an account maintained under the SBM Plan immediately prior to the Merger containing elective deferrals, matching contributions and rollover contributions (as applicable) for an SBM Member.

Examples of SBM Account in a sentence

  • Each SBM Member who is not then employed by an Employer shall become a Member on August 1, 2000, but solely with respect to his SBM Account unless he otherwise qualifies as Member under the Plan.
