SBF Term Loan definition
SBF Term Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.26.
Examples of SBF Term Loan in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, if (i) the Outstanding SBAC Revolving Loans are converted to a SBAC Term Loan on the SBAC Revolving Credit Maturity Date or (ii) the Outstanding SBF Revolving Loans are converted to a SBF Term Loan on the SBF Revolving Credit Maturity Date, in each case, in accordance with Section 2.26, the commitment fees under clause (b) above shall no longer be payable.
