The aggregate outstanding principal balance of (a) the SBAC Revolving Loans shall never exceed the lesser of the SBAC Borrowing Base and the SBAC Revolving Commitments and (b) the SBF Revolving Loans shall never exceed the lesser of the SBF Borrowing Base and the SBF Revolving Commitments.
