SBE Subcontractor definition

SBE Subcontractor means a business certified by the District having a direct contract with a contractor or with any other Subcontractor for the performance of a part of the work.

  • The Contractor shall make good faith efforts to substitute another SBE for an original SBE Subcontractor when the original SBE Subcontractor is terminated or fails to complete the work on the contract.
